The mainstream media scares us that the Arctic ice is melting, but the opposite is true. Tony Heller exposes the misinformation: Arctic ice is 26% larger than in 2012. On Platform X, climate realist Tony Heller points out the misinformation spread by left-wing media. As an example, he cites a 2007 BBC article claiming that the North Pole could be ice-free by the summer of 2013.
This year’s minimum Arctic sea ice extent was 26% larger than 2012. @BBCNews said the Arctic would be ice-free by 2013.https://t.co/HphrKQEGqehttps://t.co/0lYsJCyfm2https://t.co/NWyPy8DujC pic.twitter.com/q6uLF0cWyy

Heller sharply criticizes the article, calling it baseless and designed to stoke fear and advance a “climate agenda.”
In his analysis, Heller compared Arctic sea ice extent during the annual minimum on September 16, 2012, with that on September 7, 2024. The result: the extent is 26 percent greater than in 2012.
