At a groundbreaking press conference on March 11, 2025, Dr. Peter Kotlár, a Slovak physician, government official, and MP, made a stunning claim: All 34 batches of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines under investigation contain dangerously high levels of DNA that could potentially turn vaccinated people into “genetically modified organisms.”

Kotlár didn’t mince his words, revealing that he had already informed heavyweights like U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. about his findings—Kennedy confirmed receipt of the data.
“In addition, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Pamela Bondi, the U.S. Attorney General, have also been informed,” Kotlár explained. He made it clear: This is not just a Slovak problem—it’s a global wake-up call.

Kotlar’s central claim
“Each vial contains an extremely high amount of DNA, which is stable compared to mRNA and can integrate into human DNA,” Kotlar says.
Following up on my earlier warning—“Theoretically, DNA fragments can be integrated into the host genome, increasing the risk of genetic mutations”—Kotlar ups the ante, arguing that this could lead to cancer or cell death.

” The results of the analysis of all, I repeat, all analyzed batches proved that in every single vial, there is an extremely high amount of DNA, a vector that encodes the cassette for the synthesis of the S-protein, if not other proteins as well. Almost in the same amount as mRNA, DNA is also present there. In three cases, the DNA content is even higher than the mRNA. This can no longer even be considered an mRNA vaccine. This genetic code for the synthesis of the S-protein, this information stored in this DNA, is stable compared to mRNA, can integrate into human nuclear DNA, and subsequently, such a human organism becomes—I’m not afraid to say officially— a genetically modified organism.”
